What You’ll Do
- Conduct one-on-one consultative sales conversations with customers
- Identify customer needs, pain points, and lifestyle goals through effective questioning
- Educate customers on arch support solutions and product benefits
- Recommend personalized solutions with confidence
- Close sales and consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly goals
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Maintain strong product knowledge and store presentation standards
What We’re Looking For
- Sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong ability to build rapport quickly and earn trust
- Confident asking for the sale and closing transactions
- Competitive, goal-oriented, performance-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
- Available evenings and weekends
Store Hours
- Monday–Friday: 10 AM–6 PM
- Saturday: 10 AM–5 PM
- Sunday: 11 AM–5 PM
