- Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional store environment.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand each customer’s foot pain, lifestyle, and mobility needs.
- Demonstrate and fit customers with appropriate arch supports and related products.
- Educate customers on how proper arch support can improve comfort, alignment, and overall wellness.
- Guide customers through the personalized fitting process and recommend solutions that best meet their needs.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals through strong product knowledge and consultative selling.
- Maintain accurate sales transactions and customer records using the point-of-sale system.
- Follow up with customers when appropriate to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked with merchandise and displays.
- Stay knowledgeable about product features, benefits, and company promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive, supportive sales environment.
- Retail or sales experience preferred (consultative sales experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with customers.
- Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to assist customers with fittings.
- Weekend and evening availability. Retail hours: Monday-Friday 10 AM-6 PM, Saturday 10 AM-5 PM and Sunday 11 AM-5 PM.
