JOB SUMMUARY: The Regional Sales Trainer will assist with the development, lead, and manage the training and development program for The Good Feet Sales team, including a robust and engaging onboarding program. The Regional Sales Trainer must be a self-starter, intrapreneurial and have the ability to lead from training creation to execution. This role, must possess effective collaboration, communication, facilitation and coaching skills.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Oversee and coordinate the employee onboarding process, ensuring new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture and provided with the necessary resources to succeed through their first year of employment and beyond

· Conduct New Hire Orientation on a reoccurring basis

· Plans, organizes, and develops training curriculum materials, job performance aids, and programs to meet specific training needs

· Responsible for providing training related communication and updates to leadership.

· Assist to managing the training needs of the organization by working with managers, district managers, and other employees

· Design and develop visually engaging training for various learning programs, ensuring content is clear, concise, and aligned with learning objectives

· Support with training needs associated with the opening of new stores

· Strong sales presence and ability to lead by example. You will actively support the sales floor 50-75% of the time, demonstrating best practices, driving performance and providing hands-on guidance to team members.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree or in lieu of bachelor’s degree, equivalent years of experience in education, learning and development or related field

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience of training and facilitation

· Basic Understanding of Sales Competencies, and ability to train these concepts

· Extremely detailed oriented and organized

· In store position, with ability to travel to a minimum of 4 stores located throughout given Region in a month

· Excellent communication skills both in person and virtually through Teams Meetings.

· Ability to provide clear, confident feedback to all levels of the organization

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat product

· Positive attitude and ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible

· Proven ability to lead and drive organizational change and operationalize programs and processes

· Apply experimental and accelerated learning principles to create effective training sessions

· Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with employees, vendors and guests.

ENVIRONEMENTAL AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS: The physical activities of this position constantly require effective talking, hearing, sitting, walking and standing functions. The position also often involves sedentary work where sitting is required most the time with occasional standing or walking. The position also requires exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Must be able to perform activities with close visual acuity, such as reading a computer screen and reading print material. The functions of this position are conducted in temperature-controlled environment.

INTELLECTUAL/EMOTION REQUIREMENTS: The occupant of this position must be able to perform the responsibilities of the position well under pressure. The position requires adaptability to performing a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another without the loss of efficiency or composure. This position requires the ability to deal with and find a resolution to problems and maintain a productive working relationship with employees which may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of others. It also requires adaptability to fluctuate between priorities daily while being responsive to needs as they arise.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
